Becoming a Member Board/District
As a member school board or district you can enjoy a number of benefits.
Group administrator access to the EcoSchools Certification Application (ECA)
Where you can view, sort, and download data from applications of all current and past schools registered with the program. This includes contact lists, participation numbers, and distinct data related to our environmental action cards (i.e., Kg of waste diverted, number of trees planted, number of walk to school campaigns, etc.). This enables you to have a system-wide view of the environmental actions and projects taking place across your network of schools. You can easily identify which actions are contributing to your overall sustainability plan and where schools might need additional support.
Access to exclusive support tools and resources
Access to exclusive content to support you in running the EcoSchools program with your schools. These include an Annual Calendar, Sustainability Review, communications materials, and more.
Enhanced certification support
Including training and support with the certification platform and an end-of-year board report outlining board or district achievements and next steps.
