This past Tuesday, December 3, marked Giving Tuesday, a worldwide movement promoting charitable giving and volunteering. Thanks to our longtime supporters Tania Cheng and Dana Decent, we were able to into Giving Tuesday with a stunning offer – a dollar-for-dollar matching campaign up to $10,000.
Your incredible support and generosity on Giving Tuesday have made a tremendous impact towards supporting youth climate action in Canada. Thank you!
But that’s not all – we have exciting news to share:
Tania and Dana have offered to extend their matching campaign right through the holiday season to the end of December! That means that every dollar you donate will magically become two dollars going to support environmental learning, climate action, and youth leadership across the country.
We made the decision to take the EcoSchools program national now because it’s the right thing to do. For years, we’ve been asked by schools and educators across Canada to offer EcoSchools certification in their communities.
Offering our program nationally is a big step, but a critical one as we look towards our shared future. Supporters like you are making it happen.
