Platinum schools, step one – way to go!

Thanks to all registered Platinum schools that submitted their Yearly Planners. Keep up the great work and we look forward to seeing the rest of your application in April.

Plan Ahead! EcoReview

Plan ahead for this essential component of Ontario EcoSchools certification. By Friday, January 27, conduct your school’s Initial Energy Conservation and Waste Minimization EcoReviews, and input the results into your online certification application.

  1. Engage students in the assessment of your schools’ energy and waste practices by having them take the lead and conduct the EcoReviews.
  2. Schools must input 18 out of 18 EcoReview questions (2.1-2.9 and 3.1-3.9) by the deadline to be eligible for certification. If your EcoTeam is not attempting or addressing a specific question, you should select a level 0.
  3. Schools have until April 28, 2017 to finish the rest of their application.
